This policy explains how AdvLaunch handles personal information when you visit advlaunch.us, contact us, submit a form, or ask about our services.

• the contents of messages you send through the contact form or email; and
• booking details and source information you provide when scheduling a call.

Our hosting and measurement providers may also process technical information such as browser type, device type, pages visited, approximate location, referring page, and timestamps. We do not ask you to submit sensitive personal information through the site.

How we use information

We use information to:

• respond to enquiries and provide requested information;
• assess whether our services are a suitable fit;

Text messages (SMS)

When you book a call with Advlaunch LLC, you can give two separate, optional SMS consents, both unticked by default. If you tick the non-marketing box, we may text you about calls you book: booking confirmations, appointment reminders and rescheduling updates. If you tick the marketing box, we may also text you about special offers, discounts, promotions and news about our services. Our booking page and main booking calendar show both boxes; some booking calendars show only the non-marketing box, and marketing texts go only to people who ticked the marketing box. Neither box is required, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not affect your booking or any other way we contact you.

We do not sell or share personal information. SMS consent is not shared with third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. The messaging and scheduling providers that deliver our texts on our behalf process your number only to send them, and may not use it for any other purpose.

Service providers

The contact form is processed by Formspree. Form submissions may be stored and delivered through Formspree so our team can respond. You can review the Formspree Privacy Policy.

If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may use cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits, sessions, approximate geography, browser information, and device information. Google describes its default collection in its Analytics data-collection documentation.

We may also use hosting, scheduling, email, security, and customer-management providers that process information only as needed to provide those services.

Cookies and measurement

Essential technologies may be used to deliver and secure the site. Optional analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers where enabled. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect site functionality.

Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell personal information. SMS consent is not shared with third parties, and no mobile information is sold or passed on for anyone else’s marketing.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

International processing and children
